At the house of APTS CONS MÉTAL, we offer you the flexibility to choose between delivery with or without unloading to the address of your choice.
This comprehensive option includes container delivery to the specified location, with unloading service provided by a crane. This allows the container to be positioned within a 5 to 6 meter radius of the vehicle. Whether on a concrete slab, pads, or specific chocks, we handle the installation of your container, offering you a turnkey service.
If you already have the necessary equipment for unloading, such as a forklift, crane, or overhead crane, this option is ideal. The container will be delivered to the address you specify, but you will be responsible for its unloading and installation.
APTS CONS MÉTAL is committed to ensuring fast and reliable delivery of your containers, thanks to our network of professional carriers. We ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition, where you need it, and within the agreed timeframe.
Subject to stock availability, delivery times are generally 4 to 5 working days for mainland France and Corsica, from the confirmation of your order. For deliveries to the French overseas territories or abroad, a specific quote will be provided.
In case of unforeseen delay, APTS CONS MÉTAL cannot be held responsible, and no compensation can be claimed. If the product ordered is no longer available, you will be informed promptly and will be able to choose between a refund or an exchange.
Delivery is made after payment validation by our bank. Delivery is made within the timeframes specified above, starting from the receipt of the confirmed order. If the order is delayed by more than one month, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Products are delivered to the address provided when ordering. In the event of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left so you can collect your package.
Upon receipt, if the packaging is damaged, it is imperative to check the condition of the items. If damaged, refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip.
If you notice a delivery error or non-conformity of the products, you must inform us on the day of delivery or at the latest the following working day. Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
Product returns must be made in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) and after validation by our customer service. Return costs are our responsibility in the event of an error on our part.
